RETURNS / EXCHANGES
We offer returns for all purchases as long as requested and shipped within 14 days from the date you received your order. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
We do not accept returns on any FINAL SALE items. Items purchased with new customer discount are eligible for returns.
Garments eligible for returns must be unworn, not washed or missing original tags or hygienic liners. When trying on swimsuits and bottoms, please be mindful and try on with your underwear on, and keep in mind that deodorants and make-up may stain and damage the items. All items must be returned with the original packaging/gift box/drawstring pouch. We have the right to deny a return if the item does not meet our return policy requirements.
At the moment, we do not accept exchanges. If you would like to will need to place a new order instead.
TO MAKE A RETURN
1. Send an email to email@example.com. Please state your order number, item, and reason for returning.
2. Pack the returnable items carefully in a suitable package, making sure all tags and hygienic liners are still attached. Please note, we do not take responsibility for lost or damaged packages.
3. Attach the return slip to your package and drop off at your nearest post office or DHL point.
4. You will receive a confirmation email once we successfully have received your items.
5. Please allow up to 20 business days for the refund to be returned back to the original method of payment used for the purchase.
